Hello Spring!

At dawn the nightingale bird sweetly
sings,

Heralding the arrival of the vibrant
spring,
A myriad of emotions flood over me,

How beautiful change can truly be!

The streets lined with flame of the forest,

Fiery wild orange red flowers a treat,

Golden daffodils sway in the evening
breeze,

Besides the brook, beneath the trees!

People meet, hug and be merry,

They light bonfires, celebrating Holi,

Playing with colors, delightful the spirit,

The ego and enmity, makes an exit!

Nature rejoices, clouds drift in the sky,

Bees buzz, doves mate, vibrant colored
butterflies,

Marking the end of cold and upheaval,

Celebrating victory of good over evil!
